Associate Elsa Dougherty focuses primarily on workplace design; her extensive portfolio also features experience in medical office, retail, and K-12 project types. Her passion for integrated design and sustainability aid her in the development of healthy buildings, and her background in both Interior Design and Architecture gives her the ability to serve as a bridge between architects, interior designers, engineers, and other consultants.

Elsa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor of Interior Architecture with a specialty in Interior Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. A good listener, Elsa is also an excellent communicator and concise writer. Her strengths include programming, charrettes, space planning, lighting design, FF&E Specifications, and technical development of construction documents.
