We are excited to announce that Brian Carroll will be stepping into the role of Greensboro Office Leader!

Brian has been a dedicated member of LS3P since 1997, serving the Greensboro area for over 25 years. Most recently, he has held the role of Operations & Finance Manager (OFM) since 2022, where he has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to our team and culture.

Throughout his tenure, Brian has consistently championed collaboration, mentorship, and operational excellence. His ability to foster strong client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and lead with integrity has made him a trusted voice across the firm. As a Principal and Senior Living Sector Leader, Brian has helped shape the direction of our practice and has played a key role in developing future leaders within the Greensboro office.
