Scott May brings over 35 years of experience in the practice of architecture and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in LS3P’s Greenville office. He has been involved with design and project management for a wide range of project types including facilities for athletics, education, and worship. Over the last two decades, Scott has developed a focus on facilities for higher education and serves as a firm-wide resource providing design leadership and expertise in creating innovative environments that support learning. Working with public and private educational institutions throughout the region, Scott has led multi-disciplinary teams to successfully complete projects that span the ecosystem of the collegiate campus, including master planning, housing, dining, student success, athletics, academic libraries, general and specialized education, and campus infrastructure.

Scott brings his extensive knowledge to the collaborative design process. Scott works closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and the LS3P team to create cross-disciplinary design solutions. An active member and advocate of the US Green Building Council, Scott received his LEED® Accreditation in 2002. He has since worked on more than a dozen facilities with an emphasis on sustainable design.
