Nachman Norwood & Parrott, LLC (NNP) selected LS3P and Yeargin Potter Shackelford Construction to renovate an aging office and retail building located in the West End of downtown Greenville. The 11,000 sq ft masonry building originally housed four tenants. The newly renovated space now serves to house NNP’s executives and staff and allows for future growth and diversification.
The renovation included the complete removal of two sides of the building and allowed for the creating of a multi-layer storefront facade. The new facade showcases the old mill brick work of the original building, while adding a contemporary Egyptian stone and glass corner entry. The South Main Street facade is reminiscent of a traditional retail storefront street view. The new contemporary exterior window construction now provides greater depth and exposure of the structural system used in the design.
