Autumn Hall
Wilmington, NC
Autumn Hall is conceived of as a world-class Mixed Use community. It will have over 200 neotraditional homesites, multifamily buildings, residential over retail, office buildings, first-class retail space, and a hotel, all carefully designed to blend in with a spectacular 260 acre site in Wilmington, NC.
The design influences recall traditional Cape Fear Heritage Architecture coupled with a family-friendly residential approach. Materials and details are taken from Wilmington architecture and landmarks. Traditional materials such as brick and oyster-shell tabby are being utilized.
Existing landscaping is being preserved wherever possible, and a multi-use path encourages biking, running, and other exercise through the natural wetlands, forests, and marshes that exist on the site.
The centerpiece of the design is the 8-acre spring-fed lake. The town center will end at the lake, with expansive views over the lake and the intracoastal waterway beyond.
