LOWE’S HEADQUARTERS CSC SOUTH PHASE III

LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. is responsible for master planning, building design, interior architecture, and furniture systems for the new phases of Lowe’s Headquarters Customer Service Center South in Mooresville, North Carolina. The first two buildings totalling 734,000 SF of space were completed in 2009.

Phase III buildings of the campus master plan include two, seven-story high-rise towers. The office towers are interconnected on every level, as well as to the third level of the adjacent new parking decks, via 100-foot long elevated pedestrian bridges. The two parking decks are each five stories with parking for 1,376 vehicles
in each.
