Elizabeth City State University Residence Hall is a new dormitory for 200 women.
The brick exterior and steel-framed building is four-stories designed with a suite
arrangement consisting of four, two-person rooms plus bath. The building includes
accessible rooms and bathrooms. Additional features include a residence hall
advisor suite, laundry room, large group meeting room, plus several small study
rooms.
