Charlotte School of Law is the first new building within the Bryant Park development, an exciting new vision for the western gateway with dramatic skyline views of Uptown Charlotte. Its dynamic architectural presence sets the precedent for the entire development. The four-story law school includes nine classrooms, two knowledge bars, a fully functional courtroom, 62 offices, a 24,000 SF library and student organization areas.

LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. designed the shell building that uses a precast concrete and metal-panel exterior and encompasses upgraded, high-performance, low-E glazed windows. The mechanical systems include a package rooftop HVAC system that operates on direct-digital-control (DDC) technology.
