The medical office building is designed to accommodate the oncology, radiology, and outpatient surgery facilities associated with the advanced diagnostic services offered by Rex Hospital.The three-story, 107,000 SF medical office building is the first component of a phased mixed-use complex developed on a 35-acre site in Raleigh. LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. provided the master plan that connects infrastructure for a variety of uses and provides for additional facilities in future phases.

The medical office building has a stately design that provides an uplifting and comforting environment for both doctors and patients. The tall entry form contains a light-filled two-story lobby with views to an interior “healing garden,” and features a monumental stair. The exterior features traditional brick detailing and cast stone accents. The first floor will house an outpatient surgery and diagnostic center run by the hospital, and the upper two floors will contain medical offices for multiple tenants.
