MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AT ROPER MOUNT PLEASANT

LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. began this phased project with the provision of a master plan covering the 18-acre site. The master plan includes three phases of building totaling 100,000 SF. These buildings will be organized on the site to eventually create an inward-looking medical village and will be linked together with both internal and external medical mall-type connectors.

The initial phase of the project included five acres of site development and a 39,980 SF medical office building. This two-story building includes a 5,000 SF satellite emergency department and associated physicians’ office suites for Roper Hospital.
