Elevation Church at Blakeney

Elevation Blakeney is a 35,000 SF, 2-story church housing a state-of-the-art 1,050 seat Performing Arts venue.  Sited within the Blakeney Professional Office Park, the building’s design strategy focused on maintaining a conventional office structural grid in the event of a future conversion to office tenants, adapting to the existing office park vernacular and enhancing the Elevation brand and experience.  The removal of 12,000 SF of the second floor slab allowed stadium seating for the Performing Arts venue.  Along with the 1,050-seat Performing Arts venue, this facility also houses an audio/video production suite, two 1,500 SF children’s theaters, infant through 5th grade classrooms and a central grand lobby with kids check-in.

The exterior uses brick veneer, composite metal panel, EIFS and aluminum frame storefront and curtainwall.  Shared parking within the office development accommodates the building’s intense demand, while reducing the necessary land acreage.
