Wallace Creek Regimental Complex

Camp Lejeune, NC

The new design/build 570,000-square-foot regimental complex provides 20 new structures including administrative headquarters, operational, maintenance, mission support, training and housing facilities to support 3,000+ Marines.

There are four, four-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) and two, five-story BEQs totaling 336,090 square feet and provide 1,312 beds. The 25,405-square-foot, single-story high-bay Motor Transport Maintenance/Electronics Communications Facility accommodates maintenance of HMMWV Cheetah MRAPs up to 16,000 pounds with vehicle lifts and overhead cranes and instructional classrooms. The Supply Warehouse houses each Battalion’s central supply and storage functions and the Armory provides weapons storage and maintenance functions.

The scope of work includes demolition of existing buildings and new construction; site development includes site clearing, pavements, grading, drainage and utilities.
