Patton Hall, 3rd Army (ARCENT) Headquarters

Shaw Air Force Base, SC

The new design/build 362,042-square-foot Command and Control Facility, Patton Hall is an administrative/office building with large a large Operations Center and a Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility. The building features conference/briefing areas, Network Operations Center, simulations center, VTC facility, Communications Security (COMSEC) vault, mail room, loading dock, break rooms, food service area and office equipment rooms.

Within the complex is a two-story Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) with an exterior covered hardstand, and a smaller Headquarters building. The TEMF includes repair/maintenance areas used for service and repair of the full range of Army tactical equipment. Core areas include administration, break room, conference/training room, storage, and a fluid distribution room.

This project is LEED Silver, includes Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) and site infrastructure developments to include site grading, utilities, roads and parking.
