This exciting project encompasses approximately 85,000 SF/FT on two floors and is
located in the North Fourth Street District of The City of Wilmington. The new Police Headquarters encompasses roughly 11 acres and serves as an anchor for ongoing revitalization and growth in the City’s North side. The project provides ample space and modern technologies to support the current and future needs of the City’s Police and Public Safety Personnel. Included in the design is an Emergency Response Communications Center.

Floor plan features include public lobby, public meeting space, temporary holding,
briefing/interview room, patrol division, sally port, fitness room, men’s/women’s
locker rooms, modern technology storage rooms, vault, loading dock, dining room,
administrative offices, training classrooms, firearms and driver’s simulation rooms, lab, detective area, bike patrol, raid, ERT, et.al.
