LS3P’s client East Coast Capital, Inc. is answering the demand for convenient shopping and medical services. The 38-acre mixed-use project clusters more than 140,000 SF of retail and 100,000 SF of medical offices. The master plan creates an inviting, pedestrian friendly village by using extensive pedestrian pathways, plazas and landscaping. The forms and materials of the buildings have been composed to reinforce the pedestrian scale.

Presbyterian Healthcare will anchor the office portion of The Park at Monroe with a 40,000-SF outpatient surgery center. Presbyterian’s affiliated physicians are expected to occupy a pair of adjoining two-story, 30,000-square-foot buildings. Other tenants in the complex are a 50,000 SF retail anchor, a pharmacy, restaurants, small shops and financial institutions. The design is a prototype for Presbyterian Medical Plazas.
