Stephen Hepler, AIA
Stephen Hepler, LS3P Vice President and Managing Principal in LS3P’s Raleigh office, brings 34 years of experience to the firm. Notable aviation and transportation projects include the Myrtle Beach General Aviation Terminal, the Conway-Horry County General Aviation Terminal, the Salisbury Train Depot Restoration, and a variety of parking decks including the Discovery Place Science Center Parking Deck and the first parking deck on the campus of Virginia Tech University.
Serving as principal-in-charge and architect-of-record on a variety of project types including corporate commercial, retail, mixed use, institutional, higher education and healthcare projects, Steve has a special interest in Science Centers and IMAX theaters. Steve brings extensive experience and expertise to all project phases, from site selection to occupancy.
Steve is currently an active member in the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, serving as a member of the 2014 Inter-City Visit Task Force Committee. Steve is also a member of the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Advisory Board, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and a member of NAIOP Triangle. When away from his desk and community commitments, Steve is a live music fan who likes to fish, golf, travel, grill, and read good books at the beach.
