NASCAR® Plaza Tower

Charlotte, NC

The design for this iconic 19-story tower is a collaboration between LS3P and world-renowned architecture firm Pei Cobb Freed. The tower, part of the NASCAR Hall of Fame complex, is strategically positioned between the museum, convention center ballroom, and studio production space. Twenty-five percent of the Class ‘A’ space is dedicated to NASCAR Images, the company’s internal production and creative services division. Chiquita Brands International is the other major tenant in the Tower.

The marquee tower is a landmark in the Charlotte skyline, and is a prime location for businesses looking to capitalize on the energy associated with one of the most vibrant urban marketplaces in the country. The building is clad with gray tinted radiant Low-E glass, specular finished metal spandrel panels, building core is contained by precast panels and houses cutting-edge systems for high-performance energy management. The NASCAR Plaza Office Tower achieved LEED® -C+S Silver certification for its sustainability strategies.
