Greenlink Transfer Center Addition – Bicycle Commuter Station
The ongoing revitalization of the existing Greenville Transit Authority Transit Center encourages additional transit modalities and connects the Greenlink Transit network to a larger and more diverse audience.
Greenville has become a Bronze Level Bicycle Friendly Community as designated by the League of American Bicyclists (LAB). The addition of facilities to accommodate Greenville’s bustling bicycle community will serve both choice-based users such as commuter and recreational cyclists, and need-based users who combine bicycle and bus-transit to reach daily destinations.
The renovations make Greenville’s transit system more efficient and user friendly, and will better connect the nationally recognized downtown area with a greater portion of the extended community.
