Dean Oang, Assoc. AIA
Project Manager

Dean Oang joined the LS3P team in 2005, and has served for the past 8 years as Project Manager.   Notable recent transportation projects include the Clemson Area Transit Center, the Greenlink/GTA Transit Center Renovation and Bike Station Addition, the Coast RTA Intermodal Transportation Center, and the Seneca Area Transit Center. His principal focus and interest is working with municipal governments and quasi-governmental agencies on a broad range of project types including office buildings, recreation centers, cultural centers, and transit facilities.  Dean has demonstrated a unique sensitivity toward developing solutions that support environmentally responsive design while adhering to client goals, vision, and budget, a skill which he has honed while managing the complexities of a wide variety of transportation projects.

A Master of Architecture graduate of The University of Detroit Mercy, Dean has also enjoyed a respected reputation in competitive tennis.  This same drive to succeed has proven to be an asset for him in the design studio, where his peers feel that he lends a valuable perspective to any project undertaken. Active in the community, Dean is currently serving a 2-year term on the City of Mauldin Planning Commission, and recently completed a term as chair of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. Dean is also a member of the Upper Piedmont Tennis Association, which is a branch of the United State Tennis Association (South Carolina).
