CLOVER ACADEMIC TECHNOLOGY CENTER

This renovation and addition project for Clover High School provides a new entry, classroom upgrades, and expanded specialized program facilities.

The 41,500 SF renovation creates a prominent, well-defined entrance with a secure entry vestibule, plaza, and flag pole area. The main lobby includes a new reception desk to welcome visitors. The renovated space also features an expanded health room, improvements to administrative space, a new guidance suite, and a large conference room.

The 52,036 SF addition provides classroom space for Academic Technology programs. The facility houses various shop/classroom spaces for 3-bay auto-mechanics, 2-bay auto-mechanics, agriculture, classroom labs for family and consumer sciences, business and accounting classrooms, and a 200-seat dining area with a warming kitchen.

Once the agriculture and automotive programs relocate to this space from the existing building, renovations to the vacated space will create a training room, coaches offices, and a wrestling/dance room. Construction is phased to allow renovations to take place over the summer months to accommodate the academic calendar.
