LS3P’s Greenville office is pleased to welcome two new hires. Todd D. Reichard, AIA, LEED AP, and Helen Darby Byce, AIA, LEED AP BD + C, join the firm as Healthcare Architects, significantly expanding the firm’s Healthcare practice area in the region.
Reichard brings 29 years of experience to the position, and has served as Medical Planner, Project Architect, and Project Manager for a diverse portfolio of projects including acute care, specialty health centers, medical group practice facilities, and college health sciences buildings. A graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson’s Architecture + Health Graduate Program, Reichard has also served as President of both AIA South Carolina and AIA Greenville, and is licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Pennsylvania. His previous professional experience is at firms in Pennsylvania, Florida, and South Carolina.
Byce, a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Design and a Master of Architecture from Clemson’s Architecture + Health Graduate Program, brings experience in all facets of healthcare architecture from pre-design to construction administration. Her previous professional experience includes acute care, master planning, and specialty health centers at firms in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Illinois, and she is licensed in both Illinois and South Carolina. Byce is Chair of the AIA Academy of Architecture for Health Regional Initiatives Committee for the South Atlantic Region, and also serves on the planning committee for the South Carolina AIA Academy of Architecture for Health’s annual conference.
