LS3P created the master plan and designed all of the buildings for this mixed-use development in the rapidly growing SouthPark neighborhood of Charlotte. The plan features 415,000 SF of office space, 90,000 SF of street-level retail and restaurants, 170 apartments above street-level retail, 74 loft units, 96 luxury condominiums, and standalone townhouses organized around a central residential park. Two decks provide parking for 2018 vehicles.

Despite its size, the project subtly blends with the surrounding neighborhoods and adjacent office buildings. The master plan ties into the existing street grid and creates a main plaza and residential garden as important public amenities. Fast-track delivery allowed Piedmont Natural Gas to occupy their headquarters within 15 months after start of construction.
