To match the company’s versatile offering, LS3P developed their headquarters office with both traditional and contemporary influences. Located in a 1911 landmark building, the design puts a modern spin on its conventional configuration of private perimeter offices and open-plan interiors. Private Offices are enclosed in sleek, steel-and-glass partitions rising from heart pine floors to exposed ceilings and HVAC system, allowing everyone an outdoor scenic view. Open-plan workstations, crafted of cypress wood in classic profiles, remain low and emulate the “trading floor” filled with the energy of young staff members. Historic furniture blends with modern pieces to reinforce the positive tension between old and new. Has the past ever looked so timely?
