Brookwood Church

Brookwood Church began as a mission church with the vision of being a contemporary, innovative church. Seventy-five people attended the first Sunday service in 1993 and now averages over 4,000 attendees per weekend. In 2002, Brookwood Church purchased a new 120-acre site and hired LS3P to develop the master plan and design a new worship center. The new worship facility totals 110,000 sq ft and has a 2,500 seat auditorium with riser seating. A 2-story education area accommodates 1,200 children in a series of smaller auditoriums and breakout spaces. Through the use of a movable wall system, one of the auditoriums also serves as the church’s chapel. The spaces are tied together by a 2-story concourse which features information kiosks, a cafe, and a bookstore.
