CHRISTOPHER E. ROBERTS, AIA, LEED AP
Studio Leader

Mr. Roberts has been with LS3P since 2003, and is currently the Director of the Triangle Studio and Operations & Finance Manager in the Raleigh office. In his tenure with the firm, he has developed a relationship with the State Construction Office over the course of several University and other State funded projects. Mr. Roberts has a strong background in public facility design, extending his experience in programming, planning, and design of higher education learning environments.

He was the project architect for the Raven Rock State Park Visitor Center, which received LEED® Gold certification and is currently the Studio Leader for the NC State University’s Centennial Campus Student Housing and Dining facility, which is planned to receive LEED® Silver Certification.

Chris is a resource for different project teams, supporting them in the use of sustainable design methods, and preparing and coordinating the needed documentation for the LEED® certification process. Mr. Roberts represents the Raleigh office on LS3P’s company-wide Green Core Competency Board, making sure that the rest of the office has the tools required to help our clients achieve their sustainable goals.
